Refund policy

We hope you love your breastfeeding cover and the comfort it brings to your feeding journey. Due to the intimate nature of our products and to maintain the highest hygiene standards for all mothers and babies, we kindly ask that you read our returns policy carefully before purchasing.

Hygiene & Safety

As our breastfeeding covers are used in close contact with both mother and baby, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any item that has been:

  • used
  • washed
  • worn
  • tried during feeding
  • exposed to bodily fluids, including breastmilk, saliva or vomit
  • returned without original packaging and tags where applicable

This policy helps us protect the health and wellbeing of all customers.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery if:

  • the item is unused and in original condition
  • packaging and any tags are intact
  • the item has not been exposed to odours, stains, washing or wear

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@sweythmama.com with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photographs

We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue through a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase where processing has not yet begun. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
