Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 working days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
During launches, restocks, promotions or busy seasonal periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We always aim to dispatch your order as quickly and carefully as possible.
UK Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom using tracked delivery services.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Tracked Shipping: 2–4 working days
- Express Shipping (if selected): 1–2 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays outside of our control.
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information where available.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Sweyth Mama cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
While we will always support customers in resolving delivery issues, Sweyth Mama is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or circumstances outside of our control.
